Device Generic Error, For O.s 3.01

I loaded Os 3.01 , But I lost the factory Data , And I tried To Load it Again But , the Machine Give Me An Error Massage Said " Divce Generic Error"
And I Tried to Load The old Vertion Of Os But Also The Machine Loadeer Not Accept any O.s Old Or New, And same Massage appear,
What To Do.

Dear Frind !
I tried your load Way But When I tried to Load Factory Data , (PKP 300).
Also Same Massage Had Come."Device Generic Error".
I couldend Find Away To Load BKP ,
And There Is Also Error Massage " damage Field, For BKP,
But I Tried The Same fiel of BKP It Works In Other Machine ,
So , How To Solve This

Remove CD and then start?

Dear All .
No way To Download Factory Data , And No Other Download For Samples or Fiels From HD.
I Download O.S By Intro 1 Bottom , But the Same {roblem Was Facing Me And i removed CD But also Nothing to Do ..

Then i thik you´ve to bring your key to your dealer to check it - maybe they have to chance mainboard or so....
