MS2000 Every other key working / not working

I working with an MS 2000 that every other key works / doesn't work.

This isn't the case on all patches. Just most of them.

I've tried resetting both global and programs to factory, to no change in operation.

Any suggestions on how to remedy?

Update: I did a factory reset and it seems to be functioning properly now.

i think i know what happened...
i read in the manual, you can have 2 ms2000's linked together
and share polyphony between the units...

and you tell one to do every second note, and the other to do every other note....


looks like you somehow ended up on that setting

but you've already fixed it
