Recording From your zero4

trying to record my dj sets via the 15/16 audio master outputs from my zero4... not working!

all i get is one channel and no bass from the unit. anyone else having this problem? is there a better way to go about recording my sets? i have another interface, but until i get a better firewire card, i have ot daisy chain them and that DOESN'T work. like crashes my system doesn't work. any help?
