RADIAS lcd screen problem

RADIAS lcd screen problem
Has anyone had any problem with the screen not showing up when turn on? My screen lights up, but it doesn't show any words. All other knobs and buttons still work, even though I can't use the screen. However, after letting the power on for about 2 minutes, and restarting it, the screen works showing the loading screen, etc. My radias is about 8 months old, sys: ver 2.00, usr: ver 1.01, pcm: ver 1.01. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Does anyone know if korg can help me out?

This occured with mine ......
some times it would show a screen, but would,t load up....
occasionally....
I had it repaired under warranty...
all is well now.
