Synchronizing Radias.
I have the esx1 the Radias connected with Esx1 and Qusimidi 309.I have set Esx as master then 309 as 1st slave and Radias as 2nd slave. When I hit play on Esx the Quasimidi starts playing but the Radias is not.I have to hit lauch and then a note to start playing and when I'm doing that is not synchronizing with the others.Does anyone has the same problem?Am i doing something wrong?I have spent to many hours to figure it out but i haven't yet..Please help!!!! Thanks a lot!!

Re: Synchronizing Radias.
The Radias sequencers are not song sequencers. They require you to play a note to start them, they do not respond to song start/continue/stop commands.tablet wrote:I have to hit latch and then a note to start playing and when I'm doing that is not synchronizing with the others.
The arpeggiator works the same way.

Actually I stand corrected. From page 150 of the manual:
If the RADIAS’ arpeggiator is synchronized to a connected
external MIDI device, you can use Start/Stop
system realtime messages to control the arpeggiator and
step sequencers.
Start [FA]
When a Start message [FA] is received, the arpeggiator
will start from the first note that is played. The step sequencers
will start from step 1.
If the “Key Sync” of the modulation sequencer or LFO is
turned off, the phase will be reset.
Stop [FC]
When a Stop message [FC] is received, the arpeggiator
and step sequencers will stop. Since this is not an “off”
message, the arpeggiator will start again when it is triggered.
So if your patch has one or both step sequencers enabled, they should start up with the ESX.
The arpeggiator will only start after you play a note.
