with the intro1 button you format the internal ssd-ram
that´s very often a problem if something is "hanging" in the ssd that the key doesn´t work correct.

fine that it will be ok now

Hi Detlef,

"Intro1" is great on the Pa1x. It fixes many problems. I don't know why there is no similar way of clearing the user SSD space on the Pa800 or Pa2x. There is only one way I know on the Pa800 and Pa2x of clearing corrupted user SSD space - that is to reload the system image files that came on the CD when the keyboard was shipped. It doesn't fix the problems to just load the current 1.51 OS and 1.50 resources files posted on Korg's web site.

I would like Korg to publish an image file on www.korgpa.com for both the Pa800 and the Pa2x that is guaranteed to clear the user SSD space when you load it. Or beter still, to modify the OS so there is a key like maybe if you hold shift while pressing Intro1 and power up the keyboard that will do the same as on the Pa1x and clear user SSD.

Best regards,
Rob
