can we use the Karma Modules in combination mode to follow chord progressions? for simplicity I am thinking about a simple arranger configuration, now before I get burned I do know that Korg M3 is not an arranger keyboard (it is a sophisticated mean machine but I am not looking for fill-ins or intros, lets say the dedicated drum track along with bass, piano, guitars and strings (utilizing the 4 karma modules), would it be possible I think I do know it is possible what I am trying to ask would it be hard to achieve? and where in the manual should I read more about it? I have used Triton series, along with all the Korg arranger series including the Pa1X, however have recently ordered a Korg M3.
If you mean will the bass, guitar strums, synth arps etc follow the chords you are playing on the keyboard, then yes absolutely. You can tell the karma channel that is playing bass for example to follow the root of the chord and start on the first key press. So as soon as you start playing the bass starts and it follows your chord progressions. Changing the Karma GE will change the bass pattern and using the Karma controls lets you change the GE's too so the options are endless. Same for all 4 Karma channels.
In addition the 8 Karma scenes will allow you to have upto 8 variations giving you 8 variations at the touch of a button.
