Anyone gone head to head with this spyware virus?

It has kicked my anti-spyware software program's butt!

It has manipulated my pc to the point it won't allow me to even do a destructive recovery!

It has a "Trojan-Downloader.ConHook" embedded in my system to the point when I remove 2 instances, it unleashes 2 to 5 more in other places!

any suggestions????

Are you able to do something to delete this one with SpyBot (http://www.safer-networking.org + AVG antivirus + specific removal tools?
