SYNFUL ORCHESTRA available for Korg Oasys?

Post by oasys76 »

Hi all,

I send a mail to the Synful guys and the answer are very interesting

It`s fantastic too have this sounds in the Oasys and then we also have no ram problems.

Maybe some Korg peoples can give us a statement

Cheers

Oasys76

Here is the answer!

Hi,

Yes, this would be very interesting too have It on the Oasys. In fact I have spoken with several
people at Korg (including at the last NAMM show) and they are quite aware of
Synful's technology. It would be also be good if you and other Korg users
could send them an email so that they know there is real customer interest
in having Synful sounds available on Korg instruments.

Thanks again,

Eric Lindemann

This is worth making a stick thread.

I would pre order that in a heart beat.
Any third party software for the OASYS would be welcome in my opinion.

Regards.

Hi Sharp,

yes that was pretty cool, when the Korg people open your system a little bit and working together with Synful.
The complete Brass & Strings library need only 120 MB
I hope It`s not only a wish from Sharp and me

We need more users to dedicate that
Eric Lindemann Is waiting of some comends from Korg! PLEASE!

Cheers from spain,

Wow!!!!!!! I just saw this sticky! I have been really wanting Korg to release another modelling engine, in the String and Brass vein. I first heard the Synful demos two or three years ago and was blown away by the realism and expression of this Additive Sine Wave synthesis.

Yes, this wouldn't take much memory. Maybe a deal could be struck where Korg can use it in the OASYS, as well as other instruments.

Interesting:

Here is a wishlist post I made in 2005.......

Post #12 SYNFUL on a workstation

Notice that I was beating around the bush, mentioning the OASYS, though I was alluding to it a few times. (Very hot topic, back then.) :D

Wow! Synful Orchestra on the OASYS. Quick! Where's the waiting list? I need to sign up. This would be the ultimate killer combination. Synful sounds, particularly the strings are mindblowing and to my ears compare favorably to many full blown samplers. The huge advantage of the highly efficient Synful synth engine should make it a great fit for the big "O".

Let us all urge Korg to solicit this integration and make it happen.

 yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!! I would purchase this as soon as it became available.

Does anyone have a more direct link for contacting Korg regarding this matter?

Yes please.

If someone knows how can we tell Korg about this, or how can we tell them how much interested people are behind this posibility, let us know.

Thanx and regards.

Yeah, I honestly think every Oasys user would support and pay for this feature.

Wow, this really is an interesting idea and a seemingly good fit with the Oasys' quality vibe.
