Wouldnt even know where to start they are vastly different keyboards.
I suggest you look each up on the internet check the spec.
Trinity for me is better sounding, only my opinion.
Trinity is upgradable if you can find the boards, they are getting scarce.
It is not a sampler but with the PBS board can load 8meg of Wav,Akai etc samples.

rack or keyboard

Post by Spacecowboy »

tr-rack banks a,b,c,d
keyboard a,b

for the cost of the upgrade board for the keyboard you can buy a rack.

i highly recommend both. a keyboard and a rack. use the keyboard at home and the rack for live.

i have 3 tr-racks and a trinity keyboard. technically if i put the same patch on all 4, and use split zones on a master keyboard, i could have quadruple the polyphony.

trinity $400-500
tr-rack $200-300

Pajto, do you mean the Korg TR keyboard or the Korg TR-Rack? I'm guessing you mean the TR keyboard?

Edit... this thread's a bit old.
