Korg MS-20 midi controller & legacy plugins w/ M3?

Post by tomppa »

Newbie here
How do I get the sounds created by my Korg MS-20 midi controller & legacy plugins module into my new M3? There are a lot of combinations in the LegacyCell app I’d like to make use of.

Thanks in advance…

The Legacy cell has some fat sounds and it would be awesome if it could be done, but sorry no can do.....sampling the sounds into the M3 would be the only option.

OK thanks but are you sure? I saw in some video that the M3 "plays nice" with VST's and the KLP is a VST correct?

This is all new to me so plese be patient :)

M3 comes with its own VST plugin that let's you integrate it with your computer environment more easily

The M3 can CONTROL the legacy plugins, that means you play the keys, move the faders etc on the M3 while the Legacy runs on your computer. The M3 even has controller setup preset maps (is this the right term?) for Korg Legacy plugins.
