License ID for Reason Adapted

I just bought a padKontrol two days ago. I tried installing all the software, but the only one I'm having a problem getting to work is Reason Adapted. The back of the cd envelope has a list of all the serial numbers. However, when I put in the serial numbers for Reason Adapted, it comes back telling me I am doing it wrong. I clicked on help and it shows you a certain format of how it should be entered, but that doesn't even match up with the code given to me. Does anyone know if there is something I'm missing? Or had a similar problem activating their Reason Adapted? I appreciate your help whoever reads this.

I ran into the same problem

You have to go to the reason website and use that access key and code to register online with them. After that, they give you a serial number to enter to install reason.
