synth sound bank for listening to different patches that can be uploaded onto the TR?

Why not use the files in the download section right here at KORG Forums.

If you place the a PCG file on your smart media and use the OPEN option in MEDIA Mode on the screen to drill into the PCG file. You can view the contents of the PCG file and actually play the keys and hear what the sound selected sounds like without even loading it into your Triton.
