Bug report: Sequencer Tempo

Can anyone help, please? I have only just recently noticed this problem. It has manifest itself only since installing v1.3.1 upgrade but hasn't been too much of a concern since I have not been recording audio tracks recently. However, I now am involved in a project that does have multiple audio and it is causing difficulty.

With tempo mode set to Auto, the tempo found at song measure 001:00:000 is always used as the tempo for recording WHENEVER a recording session is started elsewhere in the song, even if the tempo at the recording start point is different to the song start tempo.

This will only change when the sequencer next encounters a Tempo change message in the song. This can be worked around by setting the tempo mode to Manual but no good when there are audio tracks to punch in and the tempo changes again during the recording measures.
