Not getting as much use out of my SX1 lately as I haven't been sampling too much stuff. The machine has awesome capabilities. I previously had messed around recording with the EMX1 and just seemed to enjoy sculpting synth sounds more than chopping up breaks for the type of music i'm getting into. A lot of people tell me to just sample one shot synth parts like analog waveforms of Saws, Sines, etc. But then you're still missing the OSC1 and 2 modulation knobs which opens up a lot of possibility with motion sequencing for synth sounds.
If anyone is curious or interested in trading, e-mail me (evanem@sbcglobal.net). My machine is pristine mint condition, hardly used, and comes with factory defaults and original box, paperwork, and manual.
Thanks for your time.
P.S.
The EMX1 doesn't have to be brand new, just functional. I know I could go buy one on ebay for $125 but i'd rather trade straight up.
Adios!

you can't get a emx used for 125 unless it's broken. maybe a mx or a ea1 but not a emx.
you know you can do synthparts on esx right? i wish there were more than 2. it'll be nice if on the next electribes this functionality can be assigned to any part (ala machinedrum). i don't use both the stretch or slice parts very often, wish i could change their mode sometimes.
