Can't find how to configure pads as classic switches which are lit when on and unlit when off (either in toggle mode or momentary mode). (looks impossible)
So my question : possible or not ? If yes, how ?

It is possible, but not via the software that is already on the controller. Many applications that support Korg Native Mode work this way, for example Propellerhead's Reason.
I'm currently working on some software that will let people customize the way their controllers work much more than the default Korg software. It will sit between your controller and your host software / soft synth.
But it will be a while before it's done.
So, yes it is possible, but very hard for an end user to do..
