Broken buttons

Post by Dj Blazin »

Hey everybody, i had my triton for about a year now and i've experienced some broken buttons. first my program button got smashed in. i can still click on it but just gotta move it around a little bit when i press down. any easy way to take it out and maybe replace it?

that and my 7 button is not responding at all. i can lightly tap 8 and it'll read it, i know i press 7 a lot but i didnt expect this to happen at least not so soon.

does anybody have any remedies to these problems?

Unfortunately, button switches die a lot on Tritons , a very common thing.
Get in touch with your KORG supplier, so they can point you to an authorized KORG repairer. The Triton has to be completely stripped to get to the buttons.

I just had my program button break and drop into the keyboard as well. I am under the assumption that this is under warranty. Has anyone had this problem and gotten it repaired under the 1 year warranty?
