ZERO8 Update Timeout

I am trying to update my new ZERO8 from 1.05 and it gets "Error Received(Timeout) every time with different progress amounts each time. I have followed the instructions as to selecting the right options in the update setup but it still times out everytime. I have tried both 1.5 and 1.6 in different configurations and nothing works. I read up on the ZERO8 before I bought and am shocked to see there is no contact information for Korg support? I've seen their responses on some of these boards, why isn't there a stronger support system? Anyone have any help for me?

during the update process, make sure your mouse never stops moving.

this is the fix for the error. not sure why.
