tap delay in real time?

Post by korg1 »

can someone tell me if i can control delay with tap using a simple footswitch or sustain pedal or joystick in realtime for live gigs?
I know there is a midi tap controller named 34one II, but i would like to avoid it.

Yes.

I use a Boss FS-6 with my Triton Classic.
One switch controls the damper, the other is the assignable pedal (I usually have it set to control the Tap Tempo or Arpeggiator On/Off).

A Boss FS-5U will be just as good.
