Anyone know where I can find some good ones? My friend just sold me his KP3 and I have absolutely no idea how to use it. I have a Korg EMX which I would like to connect to the KP3 but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to go about doing that. I connect it via Midi but when I switch to different effects in the KP3, it changes the Pattern I'm on in the EMX.
Anyone know where I can find some tutorial videos (as opposed to just the owner's manual which I have)?

Try using the EMX as the master (Midi) and KP3 as slave.
EMX>midi out---to--- midi in>KP3, to program KP3 to receive midi clock:
1.Hold down the SHIFT button and press PROGRAM MEMORY 4 (midi filter) button. The display will show messages to be filtered.
2.Use the PROGRAM/BPM knob to select the message you want to filter, you can specify filter settings for CLOCK,ProG,CC and SYS.E transmision and reception.
3.Use the PROGRAM/BPM knob to enable/disable transmision and reception. Choose either diS or enA for each one (it's up to you) but I think in this case you'd only want to enable MIDI CLOCK...so...set it up to : EXT.
This way all the effects that are in sync to the bpm will work according to the EMX tempo, which default's clock is set up to: INT. (page 21 in the manuals)
Oh, don't forget to connect AUDIO OUT (L/R) from the EMX to LINE IN in the KP3 and at the rear panel...connection to DIRECT
