headphone output not working

Post by Prasanna »

Hello,
I was working on Triton with my headphones yesterday. I tripped on the headphone cable connected to the workstation and the cable came off with a force. After this incident, I'm not able to get any sound in my headphones. I'm not sure if there's anything broken inside the workstation near the headphone connection. I'm stuck in a place where I don't think there's any service center for Korg and I'm not confident of opening the keyboard myself.

(1) Please let me know how to correct this problem.
(2) Please let me know if anybody knows a service center for korg in Qatar.

Thank you so much!

Sounds to me like you have broken the headphone Printed Circuit Board by tripping on it.... it will need the PCB track to be re soldered.

As ou are not confident in doing this your self, any respectable electronics service centre should be able to do this for you.

I fancy a trip to Qatar  pay my fair and im there!

Good luck.
