Blu-Ray to DIVX

Hi all.

I have a few Blu-Ray movies I'd like to make backups of in Divx format, but I'm unable to find any tool that allows me to pick what audio streams I want, and to merge a movie spread across 2 files. Anyone know of a really good app that will do the trick for me.
