Traktor Pro and Endless encoders on Zero 8

I have asked this question a bunch on the NI forums as well as made a support ticket with NI. But I wanted to ask here as well?

Whats up guys!

I am having a great time getting my Zero 8 going with TPro but at the moment, I having issues setting my Rotary(endless encoders) on my Zero 8? Whenever I set them up as Rotary (7h or 3F) I get the same results? I have them setup as Relative in Zero Edit... but when I try to use them they are not responding correctly? When I turn the knob (lets say clockwise) I get a smooth turn but when I turn it opposite, the transition goes in "chunks" instead of smoothly. What am I doing wrong?I have tried all types of settings and this seems to happen on the FX channel knobs,The Browser List, and setting Loops so far. The Browser Tree works perfectly(turns lock and counter-clock) fine with the Rotary knobs?
