Hi friends,
Im trying to order some midi files(sequences) for my Korg Pa1xpro
What type of files does it read....Midi file type "0" or Midi file type (1) ?
I have to know before I can place the order .

hi mid 0....mid 1
mid 0.=(all tracks in one "chanel" ..example...drums guitar org brass ..all instruments in only chanel o tracks ............and MID 1 is in orden ..tracks for tracks .....drums=chanel 10 guitar (example )..track 3 and and voice "put your karaoke line ".....¡¡¡best very well the MID 1¡¡¡......... best regards....

Although I can't find it in the manual I'm almost certain it can read both types of files - I've never had a problem with any midi's.
Its not a big issue anyway because the files can be easily converted from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1 with any number of freeware programs available (eg GNMIDI).
I would be inclined to get type 1 as they have info in all 16 tracks seperately and according to Wiki "the sequencers track structure is preserved". Type 0 have all the info in one track (but when you load it all the tracks will appear seperately anyway).
