I bonght this board NEW IN THE BOX but I bought it from an individual.
KORG USA REFUSES TO HONOR THE WARRANTEE.

Not true - this has been brought to our attention and we will be helping you. Sorry for the confusion.

Then I received a phone call from the customer service supervisor at KORG USA on November 25, 2008. She said she was sending me a return lable for UPS and a RMA number and when Korg USA received my PA2X PRO, they would send me a replacement.

My board arrived at Korg USA on Dec. 2, 2008, and the NEW PA2X PRO replacement arrived at my home today, Dec. 9, 2008.

Can you believe it?? It only took 1 week to receive my replacement.

A BRAND NEW KORG PA2X PRO, with a 2 year warrantee!!!

I am overwhelmed!! WHAT FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!

Thanks to the GREAT team at KORG USA!!!

A special thanks to Lee who writes on this forum for providing me with the initial contact info for Korg USA and pointing me in the right direction. THANKS LEE!!

Nice to hear stories like this...

Congratulations (you are lucky - I think we only get 12 months warranty here)

Cheers

To be fair and credit to korg, once they acknowledge the problem, they try to resolve it quickly. I had a very positive experience when I had problem with my pa 800. They replaced mine in very short time.

Don,
Your welcome!
Glad it worked out for you.....Jerry at Korg USA is making a difference for sure.

Normally it's just a matter of good communications.

That's why I think the start of this post is quite strange. "never Korg again" although stuff was still going on.

You cannot expect magic, should always try a solution and good communication first before you take conclusions.
