Zero 4 problem of fader curves

Hello, sorry for my english, i come from belgium...

I would like to know if my problem is software or hardware of my korg zero 4.
My channel 1, the fader curves don't work. The others channels, all curves is OK.

Is it possible to reset or return to version 1.5?
Or directly, i can put my korg on after sales service...
