Just got a microKORG.... No Sound! (problem)

So I just won a mK on eBay the other day and it came in yesterday. I finally had the opportunity to open it up and plug it into my bass amp today... however, no sound comes out of the speakers.

I'm using a basic 1/4" mono cable from my bass head input direct to the mK L (mono) output. I even tried plugging into the headphone output, still nothing.

Says it's in Perfect Working Order.

Came with the factory mK 9v adaptor.... It turns on, volume is up.... just no sound. :/

I sent a message to the seller, hopefully he'll have some input on the matter. I was hoping you guys/gals could help out though. Hopefully I didn't get screwed on this deal.... or maybe i'm just a noob (hoping that at the moment). haha.

I found instructions on how to do a factory reset on the microKORG. Did that, and it works perfect. Seems like the previous owner messed with some of the presets.
