Registrations problems

I bought Korg Legacy + MS20 controller some time ago. Didn't use it for 2 years but I want to reinstall and update now. Problem is I forgot my korguser.net password and when I try to retrieve it it says my user information is incorrect. I must be mistaking somewhere but i got no clue. It's been a while. Is there another way I can retrieve my password, contact someone and if not is it possible to buy just the software, register it and use the old controller?

Edit: problem solved. I e-mailed a Korg Legacy helpdesk in my area and got a quick reply. They found my authorization code in the database. Seems like I registered with an old e-mail address from my former ISP. So it wasn't the password. I had no idea, eh. Anyway I managed to log on and changed my profile.

Hi

My problem is that 2005, when I bought my legacy collection, with the standalone Ms20 usb-replica, I used an emailadress that I no longer have. And I cant remember which it is so Im not able to register. Another part of the problem is that the automatic regsitration doesnt find the the authorisation code.

I would be very glad for any help or if someone could tell me the mail to korg legacy helpdesk, I couldnt find it.

You need to contact the Korg distributor for the country that you live in, just like ilektre did.
