Another problem with r3

ok , this is really wierd problem .. im using mpc2000xl and r3
i have couple of sequences and when i use next seq button to change these sequences R3 somehow changes the midi clock tempo , even though i send midi clock to r3 .. i have tempo 120 , and when i change the sequence midi clock of the r3 goes to 137... WTF is this ?? how it can change the midi clock even when i have synced it with mpc and it should tell to r3 all the time tempo is 120 .. i can´t undestand how sequence change can override master midi clock ....
