2nd es-1 dying (power input), can I transfer files to esx?

2nd es-1 dying (power input), can I transfer files to esx?

Will the card/samples I use for the es-1 transfer to the esx? Has anyone tried this?
I would buy the unit if it works.
Don't want to lose my previous work!

From what Ive heard this can be done but I'm not 100%. Im sure someone on here will let you know.

To what extent as well? Just samples? Tracks? How about whole songs? Be my hero!

you can use es2wav to get your wav files off your smart media and then transfer them onto your esx. As for the whole songs... not sure.
