aftertouch problem

Hi

I have 2 Pa2x pro

with both keyboard the same problem come after about 3 hours
wenn using many of the accordiosound the volume turns of
wenn i use the aftetouch.at last I have to turn the aftertouch of

A fullrestore of OS and sounds do not solve the problem so it can't be
my SET thats make the problem

Do you have the same problem

Are these Korg factory sounds or ones you have made?

If they are factory sounds, please let me know which ones and I will try it on my PA2Xpro.
Please also confirm which OS level you are using.

I use OS 2.01 and yes I have maked the reset

Just received my keyboard back from service but ...on my first gig,after one hour ,problem again.
It's seems to be all kind of factory sounds with aftertouch

I don't have time on gig to work with the problem so I just turn the aftertouch of

I now have to find out ,is it just one kind of aftertouch thats make my problem or al kind

If it's all kind of aftertouch it have to be a hardwareproblem

What kind of service? Who did the service ? And why send to service if the problem could be software ?

Do you have aftertouch problem without installing your own SET ? Make full system OS restore. Play for 3 hours WITHOUT your SET.

If aftertouch works, then the problem is 100% your own SET.

It cannot be a hardware problem, because hardware problems do not choose which SET

I've got a new PGK mailed by korg
It took time but ........
The problem with the aftertouch has now been fixed

This is what Korg wrote:

Attached you can find a file called “Pa2X_SOUND only.pkg”.
At this point the problem should be fixed.
