Transferring data between Triton LE and TR

Hi...can anyone tell me the best and quickest way to transfer all my patches and combinations from my Korg Tirton LE 76 to a Korg TR 76? I was thinking that i could get a usb adapter for the Smart Media Card, save the files to a computer, then transfer those files onto an SD card and read them back into the TR....does anyone know if this will work and has anyone tried it? If not, what methods did you use?

That should work fine. Copy over from one card to the other using the pc
