Help with KORG AX5G

Hey, everyone. Please help, I have an AX5G and when I try to play, it doesn't do anything. If I plug in the guitar directly, it's fine. A, btw, I'm using it directly into a PC, but I guess it should be no problem. I have 2, 4 and 6 lines increasing and decreasing their number in this order and NOTHING happens. Tried to reset, bypass etc., but again nothing. Please help. Thanks.

Can you tell us more about your setup ... it's difficult to say what it might be from what you've said so far.

How is the AX5G powered ? How is it connected to your PC soundcard, what cables etc. are you using ? ...
