Korg Europe is at the same location as Korg UK... so the right email address would be support@korg.co.uk.

my computer is not recognizing KP3, although it recognizes KP3's sd card. i have tried to reinstall drivers and editor few times, tried old and new versions... i did try everything really, but with no results. it says "KP3 not found", and korg drivers are not listed in midi preferences of KP3's editor. i have windows xp.

thanks

That's tough to troubleshoot via forum, but a few things to check:

1. Make sure that in addition to the KP3 install, you also have the Korg USB-MIDI driver installed.

2. If you go to Device Manager, you might see "USB Audio Device" listed in your Sound, Video and Game controllers devices. Try to update this driver manually, and it should come up with a list of compatible drivers, one of which should be the KP3 (assuming you installed the Korg USB-MIDI driver).

Beyond that, here's all the info I have for the Korg distributor in Croatia:

Ulica Jurja Zerjavica 7/2,10 000 Zagreb,CROATIA
TEL : 385-1-6155767
FAX : 385-1-6155766
final-copy@zg.tel.hr

I hope this helps!
