so im trying to connect my M50 to my Computer. and Run it on the program Fruity Loops 8, i installed everything that was required, and i can see the VST Korg Plugin when i open it up on FL8, but when i hit the Any key on my m50, no sound is Going into FL8, I have it Conected Via USB/Firewire, So basiclly i have no sound from my Korg going Into FruityLoops, and when on Playback still theres no sound.
So im guessing i have to connect it Via MIDI Cables?
maybe both in and out?
I called Guitar center and they said i needed to Add an Audio Cable, but i dont think that was the problem, got any ideas?

If you don't have audio cables running from your M50 (Audio output L/Mono & R) to your soundcard/audio interface, you will not hear any sound...Acid510 wrote:I called Guitar center and they said i needed to Add an Audio Cable, but i dont think that was the problem, got any ideas?

You could, for the time being, just connect your M50 to headphones, an amp, or PC speakers if you wanted. Obviously, you couldn't record that way, but it'd at least let you hear the sound. Of course, without some kind of mixer-like device or two sets of speakers, you could *only* hear the M50 that way.
