I have Wavestation 1.2.1.0 and can't open it

I bought a Steinberg dongle ages ago but didn't use it before I upgraded my mac.

I have a studio project for which the WS would be ideal but I can't even launch it to rediscover how to authorise it.

I have a digital edition auth code; a locking code; a license code

I also have an iLok if that's any use, since I'd rather not have so many dongles hanging off this rather porcupine-like USB hub

I needed to re-install then download the latest version.

Now I have WS working, how do I get it to run within Logic?

I've re-run AU Manager, and nothing has changed.

I get that WS needs to be run as an external MIDI device. how do I do this, please?
