Hello From Portugal

Post by aerox_kid »

Hello everybody, im from Portugal, my name is Ruben, and i am a solo musician.
I have adquired a korg pa2xpro recently, and i like some things, but i have also a ketron sd1 and the acoordeon is much better, the sound of acoordeon in pa2 doesn´t sounds very good

I have a question.. can i save the mic settings? because everytime i turn off the keyboard, and i put on again, i lost my definitions of equalization and harmonizer, can i save it?

and the other question is... how can i change the deffinitions of styles, like change the drums, guitars and etc

sorry my english...

Ps- I like it very much, but some things i prefer sd1

Hi Ruben [Aerox_kid] and welcome to the Forum. The things you don't like can be changed on pa2x. Virtually everything can be configured and altered including the Factory Bank Styles. Just check out your Manual and you'll soon see the beauty of the pa keyboard. It just takes time and patience to learn the new way of doing things. Plenty of help here in the form of Faq's and friendly people.

All the best with your pa.. :)
Regards, Keith [pa1000]

Hello Aerox kid. You will be amazed what kind of accordeons are there to bee found.

There are full sample Guerrini and Dallape akkordeons available for the Korg PA800. I have about 10 very beautifull akkordeons that sound much much better than that of Ketron :)

However, the sounds are made by 3rd parties (e.g. Nedim --> basaristudios) so you have to pay for them.

So don't worry about the possibilities for good akkordeon sounds :)
