Creating a waltz beats! No idea!?

Hi folks,

Can anybody please explain me, how can I create waltz beats?!
How can I change my LE metric from 4/4 to 3/4!

In sequencer mode you can change it and also RPPR mode

You can only chance it when you press the REC button though.

So I have to press REC button, and then in sequencer mode I`ll be able to thange meter to 3/4, right?
