Steinberg bought the company. I thought they were providing support for everyone. apparently not... you may want to count yourself lucky that they aren't ;)

You need to get support through the company that provides the music application software.

For example, if you have KLC_AE2007 or KLC-DE, you would contact Korg Tech support.

The software company (e.g. Korg Japan) can work with Steinberg with any eLicenser support issues.

It appears Steinberg has decided to not provide support directly for end users. This is probably because the majority of problems can be resolved by the music software company.

What country are you in?

Have you called them? How long ago?

What specifically did they say? Were they able to replicate your problem?

Korg definitely provides support.

A massive +1 on this one! My question isn't a problem as such but just a piece of info I need: Are there any plans for / will there ever be native 64 bit versions of Korg VSTs? Read: Is there any point in buying Korg stuff anymore?
