Korg 168rc and Cakewalk Studioware Panels

I'm trying to locate the Cakewalk Studioware Panels, can anyone guide me to a copy, it's made by Gor Design, and all email addresses are no longer functional. I recently purchased a Korg 168RC and I believe the panels will help in the setting up of modes or parameters.
