Changing Meter?

Does anyone know how to change the meter (preset to 4/4) when you are recording?

Press record, then change to whatever you want.
Then press start to start recording.

but...

... this allows me to adjust the beats per minute but leaves me in 4/4 time. How to I change to 3/4 time, for example -- or 9/16? Will the metranome only function in 4/4 time?

Hello.
I understood your question to begin with and that you wanted to change the Time Signature.
The procedure to do that is exactly as I said above when starting on a new song.

If your trying to change the time signature of an existing song you already started recording in 4/4, then that's a different story altogether. Just tell me exactly what your doing and I can help you.
