TR-Rack to PC connection

Post by Dean127 »

Hi,
This is my first post. I just bought a TR-rack unit and I want to modify some of the programs using my PC. I've downloaded "Trinitro" and my PC is running windows XP.
My PC does not have MIDI connectors.
Can I use a USB to MIDI interface cable (by M-audio) to connect my PC to the TR-rack?
Thanks.

I am using an M-audio keyboard controler going into my laptop w/XP. I am recording midi data on the computer using Cubase. I am coming out of the computer into an M-audio USB MidiSport 2x2 converter which goes to my midi thru box, which goes to my TR-rack, Roland JV2080, Korg T3, etc. I hope this answers your question.
