Developers: padKontrol native mode reference C sources.

Hey guys, I've been working on some software that uses the padKontrol in native mode, so I figured I'd package up a reference / demo source file with comments for anyone else who'd like to do the same.

I've setup a small page with the source and links to some handy materials, such as Hap's guide. Link.
