Could someone answer me correctly on question:pulling in/out SD card while workstation is turned on, can damage my TR in any way?

Hi

while inserting or removing card please select other then Media Opition i.e. Combination or Programme. But be sure to dont remove the card while any process is in progress like copying or installing.

No, nothing bad will happen if it's turned on. Just don't put it out if the keyboard is loading something from/to the card.
