Nano editor - set on/off value (Mac)

Hey, can anyone please help me to change/set on/off values for a pad?

I'm trying to implement an up down increment for tempo change in Ableton Live. http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php? ... t#p1082523

My problem is that i can't get the on/off values in the editor to change.
