Trouble updating firmware for radias

Not quit sure what firmware im at, but I was trying to install 2.0
I install the latest midi usb drivers and they detect my unit alright
but when i run the updater, it says the "Update device is not found"
useing windows 7 64 bit, any help much appreciated

Hi,

in the instructoins for the update (readme.txt?, not sure because not at home now) are the steps to follow.

One of these steps tells about a combination of three keys to be pressed while powering-on the Radias to enter the update mode. In this mode the LCD tells you what OS is installed (so you can see what version you have) and then press "exit" to exit this mode.

Check the instructions to sww if you followed the steps like they recommend.

What I'm not sure is, if this will work under W7
