To all the people who criticised and advised me against buying the Behringer K900fx keyboard combo amp, you're all wrong!!! I appreciate everyone has a different opinion on amps but I just wanted some advice. Not 1 person recommended it. I find this unbelievable and I won't be asking advice on these forums again! Were not all rich 'tossers' driving round in daddy's Ferrari being able to afford £500 amps! I actually work for a living and have a family to feed!
I took a gamble and paid £200 for a K900fx and I couldn't be happier with it, it sounds awesome! It's bigger in size than I thought it would be but so is the sound! The bass is powerful and the sound is crisp with no distortion. It will be ideal for medium or even some larger venues. Everyone like me who wanted some advice and are on a budget buy this amp and you will not be disappointed!
Gamble payed off for amp!

I've looked back as far as October and can't for the life of me find the thread you're referring to, where you were supposedly criticized for your choice of amp. But in any case, if you ask for an opinion you shouldn't then characterize people as spoiled children for giving opinions with which you disagree. It just sounds like you've got a chip on your shoulder. Lighten up and enjoy.
In any case, glad you're happy with the amp. I have a Behringer guitar amp that has worked well for me and was quite affordable.

Glad you're happy with your amp, but when you asked/looked for recommendations, did you set a price limit for people? Did you ask for amps that were cheap but good, or did you just ask for recommendations in general? If you didn't make it clear that you had a very tight budget, no one can possibly be at fault for recommending the amp they personally use and/or an amp that they find to be great quality.
Also remember that many of the forum users here are pro/gigging musicians who may have different needs from you, so the products they're going to be able to recommend are much different. As an example, I used to visit keyboardforums.com and post there, but a majority of the posts are along the lines of 'Should I buy this budget Casio keyboard or this budget Yamaha keyboard'. I believe I'm a good enough player to make use of a top of the line workstation, I own a mid-level workstation instead because I can't afford more, and I have no use for entry level keyboards with very few or very bad sounds. If someone were to ask me, in general, without supplying any parameters about budget or needs, which keyboard they should buy, I'd recommend what I'm familiar with or what I know about (i.e. workstations), not anything else. To be fair, I'm good about also asking people what their needs are, but who you ask will determine the answer you get.
If you want to look to more budget forums for gear purchasing advice, please do, but do keep in mind that there is no better place online for asking questions about your Korg keyboards.

I agree that amp sounds great - when it works. I hope you got the replacement warranty. Mine died after 2 months of LIGHT use. The salesman actually gave me a discount on the amp only if I would buy the replacement plan. In the end , the replacement plan Co sent me a check for the price I paid for the amp and did not want the amp back so I sent the amp back the Berringer to get repaired. I ended up with a credit at guitar center with which I bought an Alesis Micron which my wife thinks is a silly little toy - but she doesn't understand....)
Anyway
So I'm certainly happy with the amp - but not for the right reasons. Hopefully the repaired amp will last longer this time. Luckily I had a Roland KC 550 I could use as backup for the almost 2 months and numerous gigs i was without the Berringer.

funny how the reviews of other people can make or break the amp.
