Patterns from the librarian?

Post by Nu_Elektric »

Anyone know how to create and upload patterns from the editor librarian?

Under the PATTERNS tab on the editor software there is a button that says LOAD SMF which will open a file browser window. You can select a .MID file and it will fill the highlighted pattern in the list usually. Then press the TRANSMIT button to upload it to the MS.

You do have to install the KORG USB MIDI DRIVER before your computer will recognize the MS though. Does this help you?

I forgot to mention, there is no way to create patterns in the editor software itself. It does allow you to use the standard copy and paste keyboard shortcuts on the patterns already in the list on the PATTERN tab though.
