Happy new r3 owner

Post by mandis »

Hi all! This is my first post here. I got the korg r3 few months ago and i've been getting deeper and deeper into synthesis ever since. Im so happy with this synth, its my first hardware synth and i bought it for inspiration since software synth just didn't do it for me.. after couple of years into production im finally hearing something i really really like! The sonic variations are just incredible with virtual patching etc. I have played piano when i was really young but then i got into playing bass. So i kind of discovered the keyboard once again after all these years. :)

Anyway here's some tracks i've been working on! Im mostly interested in making dubstep but i also do a lot of beats for my friends.

Oh and can anyone recommend any good software oscilloscope for mac? .. one that would be free ofcourse. The one i got keeps on reminding me about paying for it and freezes every 3 minutes.

Welcome mandis!

I also started with the R3 a few months ago after several years of inactivity. I was so delighted by it, that I created several patches and finally decided to sell it to "upgrade" to the Radias! So be warned :D
