Trying to change pitch bend range, and get an R3 Patch...

First of all.....I'm trying to find out how to change pitch bend range to 3...I'm assuming it's on 2 now. Secondly....I'm trying to get a very common sound as in Joe Walsh's Dreams or in frou frou's Breathe In. It's way in the background, and sounds like a variation of a stutter. I am also unable to open some of the user patches in the forum such as On the run. Thank You for the help in advance.

it took me 5 seconds to open up to page 4 of the r3, pitch bend and vibrato settings.

it took me slightly longer to find the page in the manual that says they are on page 4 when i first got my r3.
